Buchans Resources Limited is exploring for gold in Newfoundland and Labrador as well as critical minerals including nickel, copper, and cobalt in Labrador.
Buchans Resources also holds equity interests in Canterra Minerals Corporation (TSX.V: CTM) with critical minerals and gold exploration on the island of Newfoundland, Royalties Inc. (CSE: RI) with a base metal and silver project in Mexico, and in Minco Exploration PLC which holds base metal exploration licences in Ireland.

Gold Projects in Newfoundland & Labrador
Buchans has gold exploration properties in Newfoundland & Labrador, including the Tasiuyak gold project in Labrador which is considered prospective for mineralization analogous to the former Homestake mine in South Dakota (40 M oz Au + 9 M oz Ag @ ~8.4 g/t Au).
Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Projects in Labrador
Buchans has several properties in Labrador considered prospective for Voisey’s Bay-style nickel-copper-cobalt deposits, including 9.5 km2 at South Voisey’s Bay, and 1.25 km2 at Voisey’s Bay itself.

Royalties Inc.
Buchans holds 33,000,003 shares of Royalties Inc. (CSE: RI), representing an approximate 15.3% interest, valued at approximately $1.32 million, based on a closing price of $0.040 per share of Royalties, as of December 31, 2023.
Royalties Inc. is focused on acquiring cash flow generating royalty opportunities, primarily resource royalties and media entertainment royalties from music, books, film and television for their long term copyright protected streaming revenue. Royalties Inc. has an indirect interest in approximately 27 cash-flowing music royalties thrugh its stake in Music Royalties Inc.
Minco Exploration PLC
Buchans holds 11,227,879 shares of Minco Exploration PLC, representing an approximate 14.4% interest, with a carrying value of approximately $846,704, as of September 30, 2023.
Minco Exploration holds zinc-lead exploration licences in the Republic of Ireland operated by its wholly owned subsidiaries, either alone or in joint venture with Boliden Tara Mines.
