The Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act (“ESTMA”) was enacted by the Government of Canada to enhance the accountability and transparency of payments made by the mining and oil and gas industries to governments worldwide.

ESTMA requires extractive entities to report to Natural Resources Canada and to publish on their website, reportable payments over $100,000 made to governments (Federal, Provincial, Regional, Municipal, and Indigenous) in relation to the commercial development of oil, gas, or minerals during the most recent financial year.

In accordance with the Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act, Buchans Resources has filed the following report with Natural Resources Canada.
